I chose SU because of the commitment of the faculty and the university to the education of physical therapy practitioners and the outstanding reputation of SU graduates. What I have found is that the Division of Physical Therapy has a personal and friendly atmosphere. I believe that we strive for balance between the academic, clinical, and personal aspects of physical therapy education that makes the SU experience unique and enjoyable.

I am first and foremost an orthopedic therapist with a special interest in womens health issues. I have used my background in basic science and pain research as a foundation for my current research projects in women's health physical therapy.
I was recently appointed to the Women's Health Specialty Council of the ABPTS. I am excited to participate in establishing the certification exam for clinical specialists in women's health physical therapy.
I love spending time with my family, my husbnad, Paul and my 2 children. We like to do just about anything that you can do outdoors - running, hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, etc.
