The profession of occupational therapy has provided me with opportunities to work with many individuals who have had to overcome tremendous physical limitations, emotional challenges and at times stigma in order to improve their lives and achieve their personal goals. It is exciting for me to be a part of Shenandoah Universitys OT program and to be able to provide students with the types of opportunities which will benefit them both personally and professionally.
